Tourist hotel near many local attactions

The location of the property was great for our needs. It was a short walk to the train and good as a hub to hit the tourist spots we were interested in.
We were situated in the back property, so we had to take two elevators to get to our room. The staff often blocked off the lone elevator in the back area without notice so we often waited for an elevator that wasn't going to come.

Mixed experience, good location, some rooms old, some great!

Mixed experience - I stayed here 4 nights in total, 3 before my tour and 1 at the end. My first 3 nights the rooms smelt with an old stale smell, like the carpets needed cleaning and the rooms were very small, not enough room to lay flat my hard shell suitcase on the floor. My single friend have had different room and same experience, I also changed rooms once for the same situation.

Was close to cruise port, only good thing. We got to our room to find 1 towel, 1 cup. Asked for towels for both of us. It took 3 times going to reception and even then overall took 2 hours. Not helpful at reception at all...

الفندق جدا سيئ اصبنا بحشرة الفراش وعانينا منها مده طويله والتكيف عطلان في جميع الغرف الموظفين سيئي التعامل وغير خدومين والحمامات غير صالحه للاستعمال وريحتها سيئه لاانصح به اطلاقاً

We didnt stay here but as we were a little lost we went in to ask for a map. To say that the receptionist went above & beyond is a huge understatement. He gave us a map, showed us which tram(s) to get and what ticket to buy. Two true gentlemen! 17th July 10am....
