Good value hotel, great breakfast, hotel furniture needs a little TLC.

This hotel is located on a quiet road 100 meters from a tram stop so getting around Istanbul cheaply and conveniently is easy. The room is spacious with ottoman style furniture a little dated and old but ok. The beds are a little soft for me but then I always like a firm bed. The staff were more than helpful especially the girls on reception that kept giving our children (6 and 3 years old) presents and drawings etc....

Very disappointing experience never again
This was my second time staying here, and the first visit wasnt great either, but this time was truly awful. It will definitely be the last time, and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
We booked two rooms one for three people and one for two. We were missing almost everything and had to ask for duvets and towels over two days. We only received what we asked for ...

I am impressed of physiotherapist Ilker Tanun. He is very professional and helped me to get rid of a permanent problem of my back.

Hotel was lacking in quality all round. Staff seemed lack lustre and unfriendly. All the carpets and rugs were dirty and looked like they hadnt been hoovered. The whole place needs investment as it is run down. Beds are work. Bedding is old, frayed and every pillow and bed had hair on it- even after changing rooms. Toilets were dirty. I stayed at this hotel twice in Turkey. It's cosmetically beautiful to the eye but the carpets wreak of a consistent foul odor reminding one of molded cheeses and bad foot odor. They need to remove all carpeting and replace it as I don't feel cleaning it would help. That part is disgusting & shocking as everything else is very nice.
