Ottomans Life Hotel Istanbul Turkey is an awesome hotel with great facilities, elegant lobby, excellent breakfast and very clean rooms. The hotel is close to historical attractions, shopping areas and transportation. The staff are very helpful and always ready to assist customers. Special thanks to Imen Bezzina - Guest Relationship Manager for her customer focus attitude and helping guests....

Easily the best hotel in Istanbul. Luxury 5 star hotel with great amenities. Steam room, gym, pool etc.
Breakfast service has so many different options to choose from. Rooms are luxury, clean and comfortable. Staff are extremely polite, friendly and professional. Whenever I'm in Istanbul I always make sure to stay here....

A beautiful hotel in a good location just a few minutes walk to the tram which takes you to the centre of Sultanahmet within 7 minutes. Large, spacious bedrooms and bathroom that look exactly like the images online. Great facilities, I loved the gym! The pool looked good too, but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance when we visited. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Fantastic customer serv...

Absolutely scam. No alcohol. 5 star hotel but no alcohol service. Extremely rude staff. I wish , I could give minus star, but unfortunately no option. No view at all. You book an expensive room with balcony just to look at roofs of other buildings. Terrible reception. Threatened as well for alcohol use. Shocked. NEVER, NEVER book thus hotel. Keep away....

This is not a 5 star hotel and any suggestion that it is, is both misleading and misguided. The hotel is tired and cleanliness is lacking. On arrival on the 20th September, I was booked into a Junior Suite with awful side views.
