The hotel has great amenities however, being that Istanbul does not have a ban on smoking indoors, guest do smoke. I was fortunate to not have smokers on my floor but it can be smelled in the lobby at times. My key card was deactivated after less than 24 hours of being in the hotel due to confusion regarding payment from my dental office. Best hotel ever. Very cooperative team. Excellent customer service. Very tasty food. Super clean and tidy. I remember I had an exam and reception employees helped me at the business centre since my laptop had a defect. Swimming pool very comfortable.I highly recommend it....

I cannot fault any part of our stay here at The Point Hotel Barbaros.
For me especially being away from home, the friendly professional service was just lovely. All staff greet you with a smile and simply cannot do enough to make your stay super comfortable.
