Birkan is the #1 abi very helpful, amazing customer service, amazing with children and helping us with what ever we need and wherever we need to go.
Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Very good location, close by the metro, very professional staff , very good ambiance, rooms are clean, and vey quite, breakfast is excellent with very good quality and variety.
This hotel is our choice every time we visit Istanbul ...

Best experience in Istanbul. I could not find any faults with this hotel except the windows that cant be opened. Food is great, rich breakfast, nice lounge albeit dirty in the evening. Perfect spa zone. The location cant be more convenient. Will come back!...
