The Radisson Collection Istanbul is my second home. Great service, very clean, and fantastic breakfast. Restaurant employee Meltem is very friendly, polite and always has a smile on her face. I have been a VIP customer at Radisson for a long time and really appreciate employees like her.

I am often using the medical service in the Liv Vad hospital and always before the treatment I stay in this hotel. I feel well accommodated, saved and secure. The service and the staff are perfect. The food and logistics are excellente....

We are having a fantastic experience at Radisson collection ! From check-in to staying here till now the staff provided outstanding service. A special thank you to Onur Yilldirim , Front Office Supervisor who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is very polite, and the food is excellent. Security is strong and location is perfect.
