The location, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent. My room was particularly well maintained by Ms. Süreyya, who did a wonderful job and truly made me feel at home. The breakfast was also very good.

We visited Rixos Hotel Tershane Istanbul as a family with 3 children and grandparents. The receptionist, Volkan, was very polite and shared the history of the hotel with us. He also arranged our tickets for Nickelodeon on both arrival and departure days, which were included in the price. Excellent location with shopping options right by the sea and several restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We had a very good time at Rixos Tersane. Incredible Breakfast, stunning view from the terrace and the golden horn view rooms. Unfortunately, pool was closed....
