The staff were one of the most welcoming people ive ever met especially Sofya, Merve, Kamila, and even the fireplace boy
The room and the view were better than we could even imagine and the heated outdoor infinity pool was indescribable
This is definitely not the last time we visit...

I had never tried the Rixos chain and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. We stayed for 5 days in Istanbul. The hotel is new, and the area where it is located is also just opening up. The restaurants near the hotel are very good, offering high-quality cuisine worth trying. The hotel is very beautiful from the entrance to the rooms. The experience was amazing all the staff were so helpful and nice special thanks to Zoe for her kindness and love to my daughter she gets her ballons and try to make her happy , we loved the hotel and all about it I recommend this to any person visiting istanbul...
