The experience was amazing all the staff were so helpful and nice special thanks to Zoe for her kindness and love to my daughter she gets her ballons and try to make her happy , we loved the hotel and all about it I recommend this to any person visiting istanbul...

Be very careful of the mini bar, prices are at 32.5 times the street value. Absolute rip off and blatantly taking advantage as no shops nearby...
