What a service! Because of strikes in Belgium, we will not able to come to the hotel. Mr. Gokhan was very understanding, and helped us out in a fantastic way.

One of the best stays ever in İstanbul. Great to stay in for enjoying and tasting İstanbuls magic. Rooms are clean and designed well. Details are calmign meditative for my brain. The service and people are so nice. Neighborhoods around the place are amazing fun to walk and discover. Many art spaces. The streets are artistic.
Hotel makes you feel like a star. Both for resting and having fun great hotel to stay in....

Very bad experience. Hotel Room Mate Emir is situated in the worst side street of the big shopping street in Istanbul center with prostitutes, travestites and drug dealers next to the hotel. Service in the hotel is very mediocre. We had to ask various times to fill soap container, to have toilet paper, to have our room done and in some cases they even did not do what we had asked for. Really loved how clean the hotel was - great ambience and good breakfast. Centrally located so it's easy to get around. We stayed an extra night and they gave us a good deal for it! The staff at the premises were always accessible and helpful. Thank you!...

BAD SERVICE & OLD JUNIOR SUITES

Before Arrival, I've contacted the Hotel to assign a spacious suite but unfortunately they did not confirm the suite although I booked a suite between 15th & 19th June and upon arrival they allocate a small suite but the FOM was helpful to show me a suite which was much better and checked-In.
