Beautiful central hotel and great value for money

Amazing location, very central with tram station, bars and food options in a very short distance and grrat value for money.
The staff at the reception has been so friendly that really went above and beyond on offering us the best possible experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Excellent staff and beautiful hotel design, art and interiors. Excellent value for money and its in the best location in Istanbul for cafes, nightlife and easy to get everywhere. We will definitely be back soon!...

The lobby is looking nice and friendly stuff, the hotel has a transfer but you can also take taxi. Hotel is close to everywhere. You can see the bosphorus from the top. The lobby was smelling nice too. We had a music box in our room and also there was a hair straightener. For ladies, its very cool...

Our experience at this hotel was okay, not great but it did the job.
The best part of our stay was the staffvery friendly and helpful. They quickly responded when we needed robes, toothpaste, and even housekeeping late at night after we accidentally spilt some food on the food. Although I wouldve expected the room to already come with robes and toothpaste.

Frankly horrified this place is operational.
We checked into our room, and upon returning from dinner and turning on the lights, discovered that our room was infested with cockroaches. The bathroom and bedroom (shower, sink) were covered in roaches, which were also going into our stuff. Once we told the front desk about this (and showed the respective photos and videos), they offered to move us to a different room....
