Our stay was exceptional!
The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was unbelievably kind and attentive.
A special thank you to Ozgen and Erten for treating our baby girl like a true princess.
The place is beautiful, and the atmosphere made everything even better

Loved the hotel

I loved this hotel as I liked how nice all the staff that work there are . We felt very relaxed there the 3 nights that we stayed after our cruise ended in Istanbul . We arrived at the hotel at 8.30am from the port and were immediately taken to our room . We never expected that . We were looked after from start to finish of our stay .

I had 2 separate nights recently at this wonderful hotel, Shangri La never fails to deliver on service and quality.
From the moment you enter the property you are immersed in the world of Shangri La, Check in on both stays was perfect and swift, lovely young lady (Esra) assisted me and it was nice to receive the personal chat from the GM.
