Unmatched Luxury
Travelled on 10/2024
The Shangri-La Bosphorus in Istanbul is the epitome of luxury. With breathtaking views of the Bosphorus, a stunning chandelier in the lobby, and luxury stores inside the hotel, every detail is exquisite. The swimming pool is the perfect place to unwind. The service and facilities are top-notch, offering an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for a lavish stay in a prime location!...

We had a great stay at shangri-La, but on checkout day our flight got canceled cause of bad weather. frustrating, but we decided to extend. Mr. Umut Atay, the duty manager, made it easyupgraded us again no questions asked. No fuss, just real hospitality. Big thanks to Umut and Ismail for turning a rough day around....

A really big thank you to all the staff, especially Ozgen and Cem who made our experience beautiful. They made sure that we had a wonderful time and they made us feel like superstars!! Highly recommend this hotel and we will be going back!
Breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh and amazing.
We cannot wait to return to have more beautiful experiences.

The welcoming at the hotel when we arrived was amazing.
The receptionist was so kind and managed to get us the room earlier than the check in time. Emircan assisted us with luggage and WiFi
The stuff is lovely and the room spacious and stunning...

Service was universally excellent - staff could not have done more. Some of the other large hotels (notably Four Seasons / Peninsula) have pools and restaurant areas that back directly onto the Bosphorus, which the Shangri-La lacks given...
