Mehmet and Mewaba were very helpful and fully guided us in everything we needed. Additionally, all the staff were very polite, and I would be happy to visit this hotel again in the future....

Good location near from all historical places, comfortable room , great breakfast , helpful staff we get speacial treatment from front office stuff specially from eren , chourouk , mawada , is really 5 stars hotel with high quality services with good price , we will return back and recommend for it for sure...

Everything was perfect about my stay. Location excellent. Next to all tramp stops. Next to all famous mosques. Atmosphere is lovely. Customer service 10/10. Our room was so lovely. We even got an upgrade for me. Value for money is so good specifically here too. Everything so clean. Literally no complaints. Couldnt hear anything at night. And our water was topped up with everyday along with tea bags and refreshments....

Good environment and friendly place for family. Lots of restaurants around. Friendly staff specially chourouk and mawada from front office and naima from concierge...
