Meryem the restaurant captain ( from Breakfast) was really really good, she was very friendly and welcoming and helpful, she was truly an amazing person and staff.

The staff is wonderful, Sardar and Emir beyond thoughtful. In the mornings, Sardar knew my preferences and I did not have to ask. The food is delightful. Highly recommended to stay!...

Mehmet and Mewaba were very helpful and fully guided us in everything we needed. Additionally, all the staff were very polite, and I would be happy to visit this hotel again in the future....

Good location near from all historical places, comfortable room , great breakfast , helpful staff we get speacial treatment from front office stuff specially from eren , chourouk , mawada , is really 5 stars hotel with high quality services with good price , we will return back and recommend for it for sure...
