We had a wonderful stay at the Sura Hotel. The location was extremely convenient, making it easy for us to reach all the major sights. Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
When we first arrived, our original room needed to be changed, and the staff handled it immediately with no questions asked. We were truly impressed by their professionalism and willingness to help.

Food is nice, but the breakfast room has been a bit too cold for us. Please turn the heating up a bit, especially when its a bit colder outside....
