Bit too expensive and poor service for 5 Stars. Kind of ruined our Istanbul experience.

The hotel is centrally located, and all major tourist sites are easily accessible within walking distance. Although the hotel appeared fine when we checked in, our experience was not great. From check-in to check-out, the staff seemed disinterested in hosting us, which felt rude. It was clear that there was a difference in service provided to Europeans (if I may say, white guests) versus others (dark-colored guests)...

We stayed here for our first visit to Istanbul.
We certainly werent disappointed. Great price, decent facilities, good breakfast choices & great location for exploring the historic old parts of the city.
Walkable to all major historic sites.
Good shower, friendly staff & lots of good restaurants near by.
We booked a traditional Turkish bath / massage & I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting.

Fantastic experience! Staff were friendly, room was clean and the food was incredible! The hotel is within walking distance of many sights, and the breakfast they served had many amazing options. I would definitely recommend staying here....

Great location, easy walking distance to all the great sites of old town Istanbul. Amazing breakfast in the morning! Really enjoyed all the choices: cereal, breads, pastries, fruit, olives, honeycomb, and they will make about anything for you. Thank you for a great stay...

Two great individuals

Muhammad Sheraz and Ahmer were absolutely great. Their service was top notch and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Individuals like them help make the experience at Sura amazing. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time I am in Istanbul....
