The hotel's location is fantastic.
The breakfast and, above all, Erhans friendliness are magnificent.
The rooms don't meet the expectations, Because you book a standard double and you get a small room, outside the main building and that whose bed is hardly suitable for a double bed and there is no space in the room to leave a suitcase...

Good central location in the Old Town Istanbul

Recommend the Byzantium Hotel for its marvellous central location just steps away from the big hitting tourist sites, Haghia Sophia and Blue Mosque, in Istanbul. Short distance to excellent trams and trains.
Good rooftop restaurant with amazing view of the Bosphorous - handy if you have early flight.
Erhan packed us a breakfast to take in the transfer cab to the airport for an early flight....

Centrally located hotel with welcoming vibes

The Byzantium hotel has a great central location - in Sultanahmet historical area, so it is easy to reach many main monuments on foot. You can also easily reach public transportation to go discover further parts of beautiful Istanbul. Hotel itself is very clean, breakfasts are delicious and various enough and the staff will make you feel like at home. Very welcoming vibes.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be able to be in the best accessible area

This hotel was generally good, especially the attitude of the breakfast manager, Mr. Erhan. He was very friendly and always asked me for my opinion about the service. However, regarding the room, I should mention that the lighting was a bit dim, and overall, the fact that my room was one floor below the lobby was somewhat disappointing....

Nice Hotel at the perfect Spot

Location : It was our first trip to Istanbul. We loved every minute of our stay in this hotel. It is located literally 10 minutes easy walk to the Hagia Sofeya( Aya Sofeya) , Topkapi Palace and Blue Mosque. This make it quite central and it is economical. It is surrounded by really good restaurants on the street and small stores.
