Throughout my life, I have stayed in numerous five-star hotels, and while I have encountered some negative experiences, many of these were either overlooked or communicated to the hotel for resolution. Generally, hotel staff are quite cooperative and strive to ensure guest comfort.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
The room I was given had nothing to do with the photos shown in the listing. It was extremely small, dark, and had almost no natural light. This was absolutely not what I booked.
I specifically paid for a Deluxe room, but what I received was clearly not Deluxe, and even the bed type was different from my reservation.
