We stayed at the Soul hotel prior to going on a cruise. Unfortunately British Airlines left a piece of luggage behind in London. The hotel was so helpful - especially Nesan was n Reception- he said that if the luggage was delivered to the hotel he would personally take it to the cruise port for us.
The hotel is a good location in Istanbul- with restaurants nearby.
I would recommend The Soul Hotel...

This hotel is exceptional, stylish, clean with the highest level attention to details, rooms were exactly like presented on the pictures and equipment with everything you needed, located in a good area, few mins walk to tram, easy commute to Sultanahmet...

A solid choice in the Beyoglu area

We opted for airport pickup, the birthday package, breakfast and we asked the staff to help us with ordering a taxi to the airport. Everything went smoothly, the breakfast was great and varied and the transfers worked like clockwork.
Besides that the hotel is really clean, the furniture is new and its situated close to a lot of interest points....

Beautiful hotel with amazing and kind people at the reception. We found the Soul hotel by chance when we were desperately searching for a hotel in this area as the hotel we were staying at originally was terrible. The girl at the reception, Narjis, was extremely nice, welcomed us warmly and made sure we feel like at home. She saved our holidays! The rooms are super clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Wonderful Retreat in the Midst of the busy city!

The hotel was beautifully designed and quaint - the room had all the necessities, including a balcony with serene greenery. Housekeeping staff ensured it was always clean and the bed/bedding was very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and helpful- providing great recommendations for local restaurants, reputable spas and taxi services. As well, the buffet breakfast had many Turkish offering and kept us going ...
