The best location I've stayed in up to now in Istanbul. You had everything at hand. The hotel was nice, Rooms clean, breakfast delicious and it was great that they serve a late breakfast, the bed and pillow were not that comfortable, The Spa was nice. We just had one problem the cleaning lady threw away our shopping bags and receipts without asking us, other than that the rest was nice....

We have been coming to this hotel for 5 times already. Before that we stayed in many five-star hotels in Istanbul. This hotel deserves the highest rating. It is difficult to find such service even in the most serious hotels in Dubai. Breakfasts are like home, and the service is at the highest level and you can order whatever your heart desires. When I went to my room I was chocked that it was a disable room
Unfortunately my father was disable for 10 years and the room was making me sad and unhappy
I went down to the lobby explaining my situation feeling that they will not help me at all because the hotel was almost full

I had an amazing experience the staff were so friendly and helping especially Hatice she was very helpful and sweet and friendly - she helped in booking new years eve reservations and we had a great experience.
Ask for hatice and she will arrange your reservations...
