The service from this hotel was appalling. We stayed here as a group with a Cosmos tour. On the first night our meal was included and we were not allowed to eat in the restaurant. Our group was sent to a conference room at the back and were given a meal which was inedible.
We wanted a glass of wine and were told that they dont have single glasses of red wine so we had to buy a bottle. They did not have ANY of the bo...

這是一個太糟糕的體驗，團體預訂了大床房給我們，來到入住時，說這個預訂是大床房，但只住一個人，兩個入住要多付 100 元，領隊給我付了。之後上房，發現只有一套被、枕頭及毛巾，後來前台服務員拿了個枕頭及袋來，叫我自己放進去，因沒有房務員在 .... 天啊，這是 4 星酒店的服務嗎。真的很失望及非常生希，一定不會再來。

This hotel is lovely and clean, the rooms are spacious and adequate for your stay.
The staff are helpful, but speak little English.
Breakfast is reasonable.
The location is quite far out from the centre and isn't within walking distance. If you ask the reception staff they will ring a taxi for you, however, be prepared to ask price before you get in. The first day our taxi to the main square cost 35 zl, however the n...
