Great location for exploring all areas, 20 mins from main square and right in middle of great bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfy beds. Towels very small and not very absorbent, but shower gel very nice. Good overall experience and helpful staff...

The hotel is very clean and comfortable most of the staff are very friendly. We had a problem with the sink plug in the room it was broken and would not hold water in the bowl the lifter had broken off and the plug was stuck in the open position after complaining three times eventually one of the desk staff came looked and said that is the way it is. I complained again and they said they could move me and took me to ...

Fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly. My sister and I got a bolt from the airport to the hotel and a gentleman from the hotel helped us with our luggage and stored it until the room was ready. The room was spotless and well maintained. There was a safe in the room which was handy for the passport's. The hotel is a short walk 10-15 mins from the castle and there were nice shops the browse on the way. The breakfas...

Really lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Lovely modern bathroom and the shower had excellent pressure. Breakfast is vast with a huge array of food. A great find and Kazimierz is a wonderful district to stay in with loads of lovely bars and restaurants while still only being 10 mins from the main old town square...
