Hotel was smart and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Typical European breakfast which was well presented. Rooms a good size. A short walk into town with everything within walking distance 10 - 20 mins. Schindlers factory about 10 - 25 mins walk. Hotel perfectly located if you dont mind the short walk. Clean, good food and accessible to eating places and tour pick up points. I wouldnt say staff were particularly friendly but this may be a culture issue. We stayed 3 nights, on our second night our room was not cleaned or made up. However, we were given fresh towels from reception. The hotel does have a restaurant and breakfast is excellent! Other meals are reported and unimaginative....

Lovely hotel in nice location 20 mins fro main square but lots of restaurants near 2 hotel.Great staff thank u .pierwszy stopien opposite lovely place & great value restaurant...

Really nice hotel. Clean and tidy and very accommodating. We were lucky and managed to check in early! The room was clean and the beds made every day and were relatively comfortable. Breakfast was very good and hot! I challenge anyone to say they couldnt find something to eat from the spread put on. Americans were a bit of a challenge but thats not the hotels fault.

We don't have a bad word about this hotel. Superb location modern spotlessly clean and the breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the city...
