We thought this was a perfect hotel for us. It was a pleasant walk into the old town, with many shops and restaurants/cafés on the way. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and a variety of hot and cold food. Kraków go-to for comfort and value

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the shower had strong water pressure, which is definitely an important detail for me. The hotel is located a bit outside the very center, but its still just a short walk to the heart of Kraków, with the added bonus that its not as noisy as staying right on the main square.

Nice hotel in a good location. Main square being only a couple of kilometres away and there are great transport links.
Hotel was clean, breakfast was superb with a nice selection, rooms a good size and clean, staff overall helpful but there was one lady at breakfast that appeared quite grumpy and blunt on all 3 mornings I saw her so not just a one off, I wouldnt go as far as saying she was rude but a friendly smile...

My partner, Steve, booked our stay through Co-op, and we stayed at the Golden Tulip in the Kazimierz Quarter from the afternoon of 26/12/2025 until 29/12/2025 (sadly leaving at 7.00 a.m.).
