    At Jimmy's Apartments, days centre around the pool, which comes complete with a whirlpool and an outdoor bar.

    Staff mix cocktails to a background of summery songs at this property's poolside bar. Guests can order snacks here, linger on the plush leather sofas in the lobby, or play pool. There's also a mini-market onsite, where visitors can buy produce to cook in the kitchenettes – there's one in each room.

    Laganas' main beach,one of the top stretches of sand on the island of Zante,is a minute on foot from the hotel. Bars and clubs line the shoreline, just a couple of minutes further on. On the sands, guests can look out for the famous local residents – loggerhead turtles.

    Booked Jimmys apt( part of dados hotel) last min through Tui as couldn’t get to Portugal because of Covid. We travelled with our young adult kids and picked because it was cheap and close to beach. Had some trepidation but was pleasantly surprised. V v clean, lovely staff, good size pool and great bar serving cheap yummy food. Although clearly a young hotel with the current midnight curfew was prefect for us. Great value for money with basic kitchenette but microwave would have been good though
    Wouldnt go back if you paid me!!

    Cant rate zero so 1 will do. First day there with 2 girls and 4 boys. Got breakfast and was not up to standards so we gave them another chance and had breakfast the following day which was even worse than the first so we decided not to go back for more food. The man serving food and drink Tony did not want to talk to us or help us when a friend needed help to find a shop to fix her phone after we stopped eating there. He ignored us the whole holiday apart from looking in at the girls getting changed. We did not get our room cleaned or fresh towels or bedding the whole week there! Instead the cleaner ladies spent all week perving on my brother and trying their best to get him to talk to them (they spoke in english&greek) but he felt so uncomfortable. On our last day getting our passports from reception they told us that we had broken a bed which was not true. We did not break the bed. The bed was pushed against the wall with the crack on it already. They wanted to fine us 90euro. We told them we arent paying for something that we did not break. After asking can we see the bed we went to look and told the same cleaner ladies we did not break the bed. Their response was "no english" and continued to remake the bed with new bedding. No bed was took out to be replaced. Receptionist got the manager down and after about an hour they said pay 50euro or we will ring the police. The receptionist laughed at us whilst telling us the police are on their way. So we had to pay obviously didnt want to get arrested. So all staff can talk english but cant talk in english when they want to fine you or listen to our story. Worst hotel i have ever been in and certainly wont be back.

    The worst hotel I could stay in and the staff totally unprepared. On the day of accommodation they told that the air conditioning is paid 6 euros per night, the room has no internet, the TV does not have a remote control, after 4 days we asked to clean the room because we paid extra for that and some from the stuff said it was everything ok, others that we have to pay again. In addition, on the first day of accommodation we did not have hot water, they turned it on at our request after 2 hours. the sheets are all stained red and old. the hotel is not worth the money.

    Lovely,very spacious and clean appartment. Was there the bath and the shower.Very good location pleanty off bars and restaurants.Beach 1 min walk distans only. Visited solo and felt very safe,accommodate and well informed. Lovely staff on the bar. Positive and happy vibes . Delicious coffe and coctails , nice wine range provided. Wise breakfast menu and big portions. In the evenings fun ,music and pool table. Reall Greek atmosphere !! Highly recomend this hotel . Thank you for my welcoming stay to all crew . Looking forward to come back next year . Ursula

    The really great part about this hotel is the staff! The hotel staff were friendly and really nice, especially the bar staff. The TUI Scene reps we had - Jack and Lauren - were fantastic... they made us feel right at home straight away and were so fun and welcoming within our first few days that we actually found ourselves missing them on their days off 😂. The events they took us to were all so much fun and the reps really got stuck in themselves, the holiday honestly wouldn’t have been the same without them. We even came away from the holiday with private jokes. The best reps we could have asked for! All of the other guests were really friendly and fun, we had a great time getting to know everyone and would 100% recommend this hotel 🙂 The boring stuff: The hotel was clean and the rooms were fine, a perfectly good place to get your head down. The hotel was in a good location, about 5-10 minute walk to the main strip (depending on how fast your pace is). However, the Laganas area in itself is a teeny bit sketchy. There’s lots of beggars on the strip who are very persistent (this got a bit tedious) and we know loads of people who had their belongings stolen whilst out. There was also lots of fights (granted, mostly alcohol induced) that some of the bouncers even got involved in, not trying to break it up... actually throwing punches.
