Spacious rooms

I love the location, and how spacious the rooms are. Plus one and half bathrooms was very helpful when traveling with more than two people. Plus the sunken garden tub was so relaxing after walking around all day. I couldn't wait to get back to room to soak in the tub and relax....

Great Place to Stay

Stay here often when in town for work or just a get-a-way. Always a nice place. Rooms are great with lots of space. Really like the convenience of the coffee bar downstairs. Hope it remains high on the list changing ownership to the "W" as the brand on the outside has already happened....

It's always super clean and the staff is amazing!!
The slots play very well, and the food at the restaurants is fantastic!!
It's easy to go anywhere on the Strip from here, too....

Another terrible experience

Check in took almost two hours. Unable to reach front desk from room after being on hold for 20 minutes multiple times. This place has no idea what service and hospitality works. This is our last time staying here. It feels like all the MGM hotels (most all on the strip) have fallen behind in either quality or service, or both....

The Delano and Mandalay Bay area is the right atmosphere and the right people to really enjoy Vegas with. Everything was very clean and the staff were always very polite. We walked and played in all the Casinos in this area and spent the last two days under Mandalay. It was the preferred atmosphere. Restaurants in the area were also top notch....
