I arrived around noon and was informed that my room was not ready. I was told I had been upgraded to a suite and would receive a text once it became available. I paid the security deposit at that time.
After receiving the message later in the day, I followed the instructions to self check-in, as the front desk line was very long with insufficient staff. However, the room key did not work, and I had to go up and down...

The check in process could use improving but its a lovely and well maintained property in a great location. The standard room is small, though, with limited storage for clothing. The big plus is Park MGM is a no smoking property....

We stayed in the Grand Suite, It is very comfortable and quiet. The beds are so comfortable I hate getting out of it.I love the big soaking tub. I suggest bringing your own hair products however....

The beauty of NoMad is the overall quiet, 1950's Vegas feel. From checkin to the room, and the experience with staff, it just makes you feel special... unique... not like today's loud, obnoxious Vegas, which I personally hate. NoMad makes Las Vegas bearable. I've never had to wait in line to check in or check out, I've never had a bad experience at the NoMad....
