I was here last Friday night around 9 with a friend of mine and some of her coworkers. I had been there for almost an hour, sitting at the craps table, cocktail in hand, playing craps and minding my own business. The people immediately around me were very friendly. I gave them the 4 due to an employee who seemed to not want to be at work the day before my trip. I called to confirm if my request was acknowledged, and the staff member I spoke with tried to charge me extra. I asked to speak with a manager and was left on hold until the manager did pick up....

I stayed here again last month as I found the hotel to be quick and easily accessible to everything!
The rooms were renovated a few years ago and they are clean and tidy. I really like that there is only 1 area of 4 elevators to get to the rooms with a 24/7 security guard checking everyone to be sure they have a room key! I really appreciate that and feel very safe at this property. The outdoor pool area in the summ...

Like the casino but waited over 3 hours to have a machine serviced that wouldnt pay out. Happened twice in one night. One hour wait and a two hour wait. Unacceptable!...

Perfect cheap stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights then moved to Bellagio then Luxor.
I think for the cheap price this hotel is absolutely perfect! We had a big clean room with an amazing view. Security on the lifts so not just anybody can go up.
The amenities were ideal Starbucks, nice Chinese restaurant, 24h bars serving food and so much cheaper for drinks than the strip ($3 frozen margaritas!). Massive casino space and nice quiet pool...
