Horrible experience. There was no shampoo body wash or even towels in the room. I paid extra for early check-in however early check-in was only 30 minutes before and they still charged me. I was given the incorrect time for early check-in....

Hotel appears up for sale.

There are only two elevators and one was non-operational with no apparent attempt to fix it. Unacceptable. Coffee machine but no coffee in the room. No cups or glasses in the room. Had to call 3 times to get my room serviced. Locked out of my room by their computer twice. I'm told the hotel is up for sale. I believe it....

Don't stay here. Our room suppost to be ready at 4pm but for any reason it wasn't. We were wating until It was ready around 8pm.
3 couples got the same problem there....

Great location, less than great amenities

This hotel is boutique style with a boudoir theme. Its in need of a serious upgrade. The lighting was really dark in the rooms and our shower had three inches of water every time we used it. We also had to call the plumbing because the toilet wouldnt flush. Its a great location but needs a face lift....

We usually stay at Caesars entertainment properties comped. The rodeo was in town and I believe this is why there was a charge for us to stay there. Paid $30 extra a night for a strip view. Plus $55 a night for a resort fee. The strip view of our first room was a view of the horseshoe shops. When I went into the bathroom there was black mold down the wall. Had to wait for a new room.
