Only booked this place due to location and a friends recommendation but I cant say I recommend it for anyone who is used to top tier customer service. Im giving two stars for the lovely and kind housekeeping staff on floor 8 but everything else kind of sucked. We visited this hotel in April which was arranged by our travel agent. Our arrival was chaotic, the reception area was heaving. When we finally got up to our room we were disappointed to say the least. We had booked a double room so as a couple youd expect a double bed however, we were met with two single beds which were on opposite ends of the room. The reception is rude. One of a reception is ignoring my questions and not trying to help. They maxed up my information with another clients information. It took me more than half hour to check. The AC in the room is annoying and old. Will not go back....

Friday when we check in the sink was clogged wasnt draining correctly we played there last night and no one came around to offload us something to drink I complained last night to one off your worker what was happening so she went to tell someone else and then they came with our drink Thank to one off your workers we were our drink...

The Linq hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to stay at a nice hotel with a pool and on the Strip. The Linq Promenade right outside was a nice bonus. The checkin process was easy and fast. They had machines for us to self check in with room upgrade options and printed our room keys too!
