Pubic hairs on toilet. Dirty bathroom floor. Pubics in the shower.fridge froze up to bad to get very cold at all. Initial experience not very good...

Do not waste your money

Would not stay here again. The Best Western I stayed at in Flagstaff otw here had better in room amenities,a better mattress and sheets than this hotel. The restaurants here are not good, and this place needs an update. I will not be coming back....

Good value for the money. Dealers were nice. Hotel is tired probably next on the chopping block. A lot going on on the strip....

Traveled to Vegas for my birthday, received complimentary room upgrade. Arranged early check in for a fee, which we were checked into a dirty room, later our water stopped working in our room. Staff was efficient with assisting with these issues. Housekeeper Emilia was above and beyond during entire stay - very thankful for her. Overall great location. My stay was generally smooth, but there were a few small areas that could use a bit more attention. The room didnt have a kettle, which felt a tad inconvenient in the cooler weatherId suggest adding one for easier hot drinks.
