Arrogant staff.
My company booked (and paid part of) a room for me during an event in Dec2024. When I tried to check in, the hotel didn't accept Apple Pay and I didn't have a physical credit card. I showed the manager my reservation, my card number (in the bank's app) and suggested that my company (or even myself) could do a transfer, send card details and show the confirmation (I was in the phone line with my compa...

We had a great time, Great place , great environment, would definitely stay again. Great location amongst the strip to go whichever way. The restaurants in the hotel were really good as well, definitely recommend the fish and chips or pho, the music and environment was a Pleasant surprise as well...

Everyone who works here was very helpful and kind. Super convenient having a Starbucks on site. There were some things, however, that could be better.
Theres a light on in the closet that only turns off when it closes. It doesnt close so we slept all night with the light on. The room definitely looked like it hadnt been cleaned thoroughly in a while. There was dust everywhere. Theres a weird smell in the hallway...

I had a good stay at TI. The rooms are dated but clean. A/C is very noisy, but can be turned off. WiFi really sucked. It has very little throughput (5 Mbps) but with a lot of guests it completely dies and nothing gets through. Even the logon page no longer shows. It was the same in previous years so feedback has not helped. But since I am a business traveler, I will sure look for a better place if available....

Not the place you want to stay at while in Vegas

Came to Vegas for a conference and booked a room at Treasure Island. When I arrived at the hotel my first clue that this wasn't going to be ideal was when we pulled up. The hotel is super dated. Compared to hotels around it - the Venetian, the Palazzo, the Wynn - it is an eyesore. Inside is no different. The casino floor felt dated and very "downscale". But honestly if these were the only issues, I could live with it...
