Great Service and Experience Overall

Had a great time (as always) at Treasure Island this weekend. Although our A/C unit had some issues, our overall stay was great! From the professional service upon check-in, attentive personnel on the casino floor and free parking, it's hard to duplicate this value for a hotel this close to center strip. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality....

I would advise not to stay at the hotel if you can. Ive never had an issue with Treasure Island until today when as of checkout we were charged $340 smoking fee. We called the front desk to dispute it. An employee named Matt answered and was not helpful at all. He gave us a timestamp of when the smoke alarm went off. So we get charged because your device is faulty! I dont smoke never have, vape, nothing. Matt said th...
