Had a wonderful stay at this hotel,rooms nice and clean,great location to explore on foot.Rooftop bar very nice.Staff all really friendly,surprised us with complimentary wine and birthday cake,very kind.Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon...

The hotel is perfectly located, very clean and beautiful. The receptionists are very nice, warm and helpful. when they learned it was my birthday, they send a cake and a bottle of wine to my room, I was really touched by their kindness and thoughtfulness. I definitely will be back again....

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Alitis Avenida Hotel and would stay again. The staff was great, example breakfast hostess remembered my name. There was a welcome small bottle of port and pasteis de nata on check in. Stayed in single superior. Very nice size, housekeeping was also great and overall customer service was wonderful. Well, what can I say! This is a fabulous hotel led by the staff who were all of the highest order. We arrived earlier than check in and the staff across the board from reception to housekeeping helped get our room ready early. Everything about the place was 5* it is about the staff though, everyone were polite professional cheerful and friendly I can't credit them enough.

Excellent service and comfortable stay. I can recommend this hotel. Very good location. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Hade deluxe room with balcony with nice view. Easy to get to most locations, and recommend using bolt since it's alot cheaper....
