We booked this hotel for 7 days and was overall very happy with our choice!
Great location
- Rossio train station 5 min walk (Perfect for Sintra day trips)
- Gloria Funicular 2 min walk
- Metro station 3 min walk
- Easy to take taxi and uber to Alfama and other nearby neighborhoods

- Family suite consists of 2 connecting rooms (2 twin beds and 1 queen bed) with privacy door with separate bathrooms and our room...

Superb. No idea why it is not 5*. From the minute we walked in, the hospitality was top! The decor and cleanliness is of an extremely high standard. Breakfast is great. Pool and chilling areas are wonderful. The hotel smells lovely

One of best hotels Ive stayed in I had room only so cant speak for the food.
But the beds the pillows if I could take them home If I could.
Pool was lovely just a little plunge poo but perfect. Nice chill out area by the pool.
All the other facilities was perfect clean and the staff very nice.
The bar was a nice atmosphere.
Already planning a return
And its location is perfect....

City Break

We went for a three-night city break and whilst the hotel was very conveniently situated and our room was comfortable there were building renovations going on which woke us up very early. The hotel could not do anything about this but it would have been good to have been warned.
Secondly, I was pick-pocketed and the person on reception who I asked for help was not interested.
It was not the best break....

This hotel is amazing!
Literally in the best place possible, right on the main street but due to the width of the street and the excellent double glazing, you will still get a wonderful nights sleep (they also have excellent black out curtains).
Our room was beyond clean, I would go as far as to say it was immaculate and so beautifully designed with good quality bedding and shower gels etc.
We were there for Hubby's ...
