Bessa Hotel is a fantastic boutique option in downtown Lisbon. I chose it because of its location, and it didnt disappoint. Its about 1520 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of downtown attractions, shops, and key landmarks. A perfectly located hotel - by the centre of the restaurant area, and ideally located for tour pickups. Room 218 was a good size with a nice balcony on to a quiet side street. I want to particularly acknowledge the staff of the restaurant and bar, whose friendly and attentive service really elevated the experience....

From the first moment that I entered the hotel and my suite room, I knew that this hotel deserves 5 stars. From luxury to comfort, BessaHotel has all what you need. Delicious buffet, great and attentive staff. I definitely recommend this hotel for you if you want a hotel that combines luxury and comfort....

Fabulous Hotel.

This is a stunning hotel. I was visiting with 2 friends. It is in a very good location. The decor is beautiful. Our room was great with 2 single beds with an additional bed added. It was spotless and the bathroom was great also.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the receptionist gave us step by step directions to get to Cascais.
Another staff member organised our taxi back to the airport.
I can't wait to go ...

This is an absolutely lovely hotel with fantastic staff and in a great location. Walking distance to Commercial Square (10/15 mins) and not far from Bairro Alto (recommend taking the tram lift there and enjoying the amazing views- turn right out of the hotel and you'll see people queuing!).
