we spent our last days in Lisbon at this very nice hotel. The location is down a small narrow street in Alfama, and it is in an old restored building overlooking the roofs of Alfama.

Good location, the rooftop pool is nice. Attention to detail and customer service lacks, the rooms are basic. On arrival, we werent allowed to use the pool or the rooftop due to a private party which was frustrating as this was the main reason for booking the hotel and we were only there there for three nights. We had booked an upgraded room (comfort room), but the DJ booth was directly underneath it. No understandi...

Wonderful hotel with a great location
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight: a beautiful place to enjoy meals and have a nice aperitif.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Overall, a lovely hotel that we would definitely recommend....

Great location, surprisingly quiet given location in the middle of Alfama. Can be hard to get to due to being up in an alleyway esp walking with suitcases. Very nice design & vibes. Rooms were larger than anticipated. Breakfast was also nice with a buffet and kitchen order options. Upstairs terrace/bar had amazing views, food was mid.
