This hotel is nicely and fairly centrally located. The hotel itself has no parking, we didn't use, but down the street there was public paid parking available. There is a metro station nearby and Uber is widely available for transportation.
The hotel staff are very friendly and multilingual. The rooms are just average and fairly spacious, but there is almost no storage space with just 2 tiny drawers. The attache...

Bed was very comfortable, king size. Room was very clean and felt recently updated- full facilities were very clean, cute aesthetic. We had our teen sharing the room and she appreciated the nice lounge up on the top floor for space from us. Shower was great, staff was helpful, nice restaurant across the street and right next to the metro, but very quiet. Loved the stay....

Oddly arranged hotel (almost no lobby/reception area) and room, but experience was fine. Staff were not especially friendly, but the location was good and that they allowed pets was a plus. Did not eat there so can't comment on buffet or restaurant (there are lots of excellent restaurants in the vicinity). Overall, I would say it was good value....

My stay was fantastic! I enjoyed it so much that I returned for the final leg of my Lisbon trip. The friendly, helpful staff, clean hotel, spacious rooms with comfy beds and large bathrooms made it a great experience. Its safe, central location is perfectclose to attractions, restaurants, shops, and even a charming Christmas market across the street. Highly recommend and would stay again!...

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Take the metro from the airport. If something is wrong, speak to reception and they will do their best to ensure you have a good stay. Breakfast good and good service. Nice lounge on the top floor. Book a junior suite. The room is fabulous....
