Absolutely charming hotel. The team is nice abd helpful. The building is beautiful. Rooms (suite) are spacious, modern and really pleasant to stay at. Lots of lovely details that make your stay enjoyable. Located in a nice central area, the hotel is max 2 minutes away from the metro. There are numerous bus stops around. Great location in Madrid centre, trendy hotel and friendly helpful staff. Stayed with family and it was ideal for a city break. Breakfast was a little buffet with two rooms serving the buffet food. We walked a lot of the hotel was always easy to get back to and close to a metro station....

Wonderful hotel, fantastic staff

Stayed for two nights just after new year with a friend. We both used to live in Madrid not far from this hotel. It's in a great location, not too busy, and had a nice quiet room. The hotel decor is lovely and modern, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, with a warm welcome on arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Avoid Room 614: Weird Sewage Smell, Beeping Safe, Possibly Haunted?

Location is perfect, and the hotel itself is I believe nice. But if you can, AVOID ROOM 614. The room smells like sewage. Fortunately, I can open the door once in a while but the sewage smell will always come back after half an hour or so. During the winter, the air-conditioning is turned off (no air coming out of the air vent, so the air gets stuffy very quickly).

Lovely little hotel.

Great location. Superbly accommodating staff. Well appointed, very clean room. Not huge but ample by European standards. Excellent breakfast buffet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Outstanding location near at least two metro stops....
