Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service and Comfort.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, modern and beautiful decorated.
The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the on-site amenities (roof top we used to celebrate my father in laws bday) exceeded expectations. Every part of my experience felt effortless and relaxing.

Very nice comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities including fabulous rooftop bar/restaurant together with nice inside bar. Very close to metro station on the red line, making it easy to get about. Very close to lovely, relaxing Retiro park....

My husband & I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights whilst exploring Madrid. Our 7th floor room was very quiet & comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The hotel is very close to a Metro station which was convenient although we also walked a lot, 10-12 miles a day. We enjoyed visiting the 3 main art galleries including the Prado & appreciated the either free or half price entrance for over 65s ! The wea...

We spent 7 nights here from where we could easily walk or Metro to key sights in Madrid and area. The room and beds were comfortable, the in room Nespresso was very handy, the bathroom was modern while maintaining an old world charm. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and fresh. Nice hotel. WORST experience ever. Music so loud my room vibrated all day until midnight every night. And the noise didn't stop there. Hotel employees playing games below windows until 4am. Front desk no help. Stay someplace else. You'll never get a moments peace at this place...
