My husband and I had a good experience at this hotel.
The staff was friendly and attentive. They help us to set a last minute bagagge and freezing a butter I Insisted on carry to Brazil.
One of the highlights: the breakfast.
Freshly baked bread and a lot of fruits.
Salamanca..Calle de Serrano..no other Place might be so good for turists that like stores and restaurantes at the nearby....

The best option to stay in Madrid. Superb location, excellent and professional service in all aspects of this wonderful hotel. Barrio Salamanca, where this property is located, is the ultimate place to stay on the capital of Spain. The best stores and boutiques, restaurants and bars. Also is a very safe area of the city. Everybody is extremally professional and kind. The rooms are great and always professionally cleaned. The food excellent.
I couldn't feel better than what I feel when I stay at icon embassy serrano. It's difficult to describe in words how smiley and kind everybody is. .Always alert to any need. its really Amazing and very unique hotel. Many congratulations- you are a success....
