This is our third and definitely our last stay here. First, Madrid is freezing at this time of year; the rooms have very cold floors, especially the bathroom, and there are no slippers or bathrobes, which are normal for any 4 star hotel. The hotel is very clean and nice. The rooms are fantastic, the location is really good and you have so many options of restaurants close by as well. The service of the hotel is top. We will stay there many more times. Breakfast is as well really good. Can really recommend this hotel!!...
