Our stay here was perfect for what we needed. We only had 2 days (3 nights) in Madrid so we wanted to be able to walk everywhere and this location was perfect. The hotel itself is lovely and the spa is tranquil and a nice place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Situated within walking distance of most places of interest in Madrid, this hotel is a gem. The staff are always available to help you or serve you food and drink in the lovely covered courtyard café restaurant or in the adjacent lounge. The indoor swimming pool is a haven of tranquility. An amazing hotel in the best location by far! We spent two wonderful nights here. We had an extremely clean and comfortable room with an amazing view to plaza Mayor.
We loved the common spaces like the small library and the open area where they served breakfast..
Certainly the hotel's services were proportional to the cost of 365, which is not negligible......

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I cant recommend it enough. The staff were fantastic, with a special shout-out to Carlos Gomez for his exceptional service.
