I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore. Spent 8 nights in total in a city view room. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful to sleep at night considering how busy Grand Via is. The pro of being so centrally located also makes it a bit of a con when youre tired at the end of a busy day exploring and have to dodge waves of people coming at you to get back to your hotel. This is a great hotel! Great location, amazing breakfast, relaxing pool deck and bar, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room. Ticked all the boxes for my 9 days in Madrid which was mixture of work and holiday.
Very easy to work remotely from the room or the pool deck. 100% would stay here again....

Hotel art deco style which reflectts the street. The street is in the main shopping / bar area and right in the city center. The hotel has a fantastic vibe/ atmosphere. All staff very personable and helpful... The only draw back to our stay was that as friends we asked for a twin room which we got but there was no privacy as the shower was in the bedroom.

Lovely hotel. Top class location on the busiest street in the city. You can walk everywhere in the city. My room overlooked the street and initially I was concerned about noise (as its busy 24/7) but this hotel has about the best soundproofing Ive ever seen. The windows block out pretty much all the noise. Despite the hotel being very busy I didnt hear a sound from neighbouring rooms. There is building work going ...
