The hotel is old and need refurbishment. It starts already at the reception were you can see the impact.
The room is also dated, the fridge is just not working, the bathroom not so clean.
The breakfast is very simple, little choice and not so healthy....

I agonized up to the last week before my convention pondering whether I book this hotel or my previous hotel in Barajas which is a short Metro ride to the Ifema Convention Center, or the lively and vibrant Sol located hotel. Good location, clean, excellent breakfast

I would have given full stars had we found some water in our room. Indeed not only the fridge was empty but we had to go downstairs to get water and pay 3 euros a bottle! Else than that the bathroom amenities are good, bed comfortable and the breakfast really good (excellent coffee)....

I have spent the evening with a safe that does not work a beeps all the time. Engineer has been here 3 times. Reception not overly helpful. No air con so when I got in room it was boiling. Horrible place...

This hotel was very handy for a short stay and to be close to the hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was particularly good with a wide selection and plenty of healthy options. ...
