Personnel were very kind, the room was beatiful and clean. I think it would be appreciated if you would pay more attention to menu planning. More variety, please! And a personal regret: why orange juice is absent from the menu of lunch or dinner? It isn't Dom Perignon, isn't it? Anyway, I had a good experience....

Nice Hotel

Stayed for 1 night while in transit to Granada. The hotel is about 650m away from Atocha Bus Station. There are many eateries less than 1 KM sway from the hotel. Room amenities worked well. Spacious bathroom. Smooth check-in process. Overall, I had a pleasant experience....

Poor sound insulation from busy road outside - generally disappointing

This hotel is situated on a busy road leading to and from Atocha rail station. You would expect a four star hotel to have decent sound insulation, but my first floor room was noisy, with buses, lorries, cars and motorbikes roaring past, all night. By way of comparison, Ive since stayed in another hotel on an equally busy main road and the traffic noise was well reduced, so it can be done.

This hotel is located 800m from the Retiro Park, 500m from the metro Atocha, from museo del Prado -1400m by foot. Walking distance from most of famous places of interest. The area is not noisy and seems to be not dangerous.
The room and the bathroom are rather big and are clean and good maintained.

Good location, quiet big room, comfy bed and super breakfast, better than most!
The only but was the low pressure in the shower, not enough to wash one's hair comfortably. And the long corridor to enter the room would improve with a couple of pegs on the wall to hang your coat... ;-)...
