Good comfy hotel near Atocha station

Good location, quiet big room, comfy bed and super breakfast, better than most!
The only but was the low pressure in the shower, not enough to wash one's hair comfortably. And the long corridor to enter the room would improve with a couple of pegs on the wall to hang your coat... ;-)...

Needs improvements

The 3 stars is for the polite and very helpful personnel. I stayed 3 nights. I was out of the room most of the hours as i was traveling for business.
What should be definitely improved in the cleaning and the low quality of breakfast.
After a long day i checked in and craving a bath and on the towels and in the bath were found hair....

Correct. Well located (buses in Front) clean and available staff (somewhere crowded by flocks of tourists).
Two little things:
1) No bottle of water in the room, and no kettle for tea.
2) The breakfast is ok, but the bar/restaurant is average and expensive...

Not Bad for Madrid

Not so bad, the room side of the hotel was a little bit old compared to the hall. The design of the rooms also was pretty much old. Rooms were pretty much clean but I found some hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was very good with a lot of local thing to eat and a huge variety of salty options. Dont take the coffee, it was terribile take it outside...

A good Hotel closed to Center!

The hotel is very good placed, only a 10 minuite walk to Atocha Station and the City Center! The Staffel was very friendly. The room was big enough and quiet. (It went not out to the mainstreet)
All was very clean, the breakfast was very good. Perhaps a little watercooker on the room and also glasses would be nice. We sure will return....
