Horrible stay smells like poop

We are currently staying at this hotel and it is honestly the worst experience weve ever had. The room smells absolutely foullike sewage. They told us the pipes broke and basically left us to deal with it. We cant even sleep because the whole room reeks of poop.

Vanessa was the greatest to us while we stayed there. she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were perfect and very clean. Having the restaurant upstairs came in very handy and food delicious!
We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Madrid!...

A lovely place, right on Gran Via. Stayed here for the second time. Nice room, good and right price. Lovely and helpful staff downstairs. Gustavo, Michela and Alejandro make a great team. Have a lovey time!...
