Great location, lovely hotel.

Modern stylish hotel with very well designed room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and great blockout blind. Good view over Plaza España to the mountains in the distance. Great location near the Royal Palace. Excellent buffet breakfast. Lovely friendly staff who were always smiling and helpful. Particularly Sara and Niro....

Very nice modern 5-star hotel in the heart of Madrid.
Pros:
- Good size modern rooms with wooden floor and views over Plaza de España
- Walking distance to all major attractions and 5 metro stops from the Bernabéu stadium (metro stop nearby)
- Rich breakfast budget
- 24hr decent Gym
- Swimming pool
- Great rooftop bar (Gingko bar) overlooking the city
- family friendly

Room service 24 hours: 3/10
Very friendly and polite staff.
Just one small thing that I want to highlight. We are Muslim and were fasting. We were counting on the 24 hour room service. Unfortunately the choices were non existent. Also, when we asked for cutlery (after ordering food from outside), the room service charge for bringing it to our room was 6. Quite outrageous....
