We visited Madrid for 1st time and stayed at VP Plaza for 3 nights.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay and location.
Super warm welcome on arrival from all the team.
We stayed in a Superior Room with amazing views over Plaza de Espana.
Superb facilities and high standards of cleanliness.

My husband had forgotten his four shirts in the dressing room. We contacted the hotel reception. They took care of everything and sent the four shirts to our home address. We received the shirts the very next day. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We will definitely be back for another city trip....

From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Maria check us in and was extremely helpful in telling us where to see the sites and suggested restaurants to us. We wanted a very quiet room and she found us a room that was extremely quiet. Maria deserves a shout out due to her exceptional customer service. The hotel is very modern with a great bathroom. Beautiful modern hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked the wet room with the tub. Nice view of Plaza de Espana. Overall a very nice stay....

This Hotel is fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the kindest, most polite and attentive staff.
Our room was beautiful , with a lovely view. Clean, big and spacious.
The breakfast was delicious - lots of variety to make everyone happy.
