We stayed at the hotel for three nights the rooms are beautifully decorated . We had a spacious room on the 11th floor with great views onto the Plaza . Unfortunately on the first evening I could not sleep due to the loud music from the sky bar until early hours of the morning. This was unexpected and I phoned the reception to complain not something I would normally do.The next morning the duty manager contacted us t...

A very modern luxury hotel in a great location. Check in with seamless and was immediately offered an upgrade from a deluxe to a premium room. The cost was $70 per night but moved us from the six floor to the 15th floor that itself is worth it. we also got the breakfast added on which was a five dollar discount offer the regular rate. Location: Excellent. Situated on Plaza de España, within easy reach of public transport, a short walk to Gran VÃa for shopping, and just 10 minutes from the Royal Palace. Ideal for exploring Madrid.

We visited Madrid for 1st time and stayed at VP Plaza for 3 nights.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay and location.
Super warm welcome on arrival from all the team.
