Great stay

We only stayed one night, but it was great. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. room was very clean and the bathroom was big and had all we needed. The bath amenities were top tier and room was lovely. The location is perfect in Malasanya. Close to everything with easy walking and close to metro. We highly recommend and would stay here again....

Everything we could have hoped for in a hotel. Great location, lots of bars, restaurants, shops and transport close by, Large, welcoming lobby. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with a huge choice and good service.

Nice hotel but management have no customer care

I attended a business conference held at VP Plaza Espana Design. When I checked in, it was found that the conference organiser had booked and paid for my 2 rooms as well as my own booking of 2 rooms. The staff advised that they would look into refunding or extending our stay. The following day I followed up and was told to see reception the next day. I have now been told that the hotel will not do anything to assist ...

We stayed at the VP Plaza España Design offering us an option for our son that was joining us for our summer vacation. Hotel set us up in a room with a sofa-bed. Room was ample, still a little tight for three people, with a very good design, decoration, et al. Bathroom was incredible.
