Beautiful modern hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. I particularly liked the wet room with the tub. Nice view of Plaza de Espana. Overall a very nice stay....

This Hotel is fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the kindest, most polite and attentive staff.
Our room was beautiful , with a lovely view. Clean, big and spacious.
The breakfast was delicious - lots of variety to make everyone happy.

Overall the hotel is absolutely gorgeous with a great location and beautiful decor. The rooms were of a high standard and very cleanly. However, the service was mostly very poor. Particularly the restaurant staff, with the young female boss in the ponytail being incredibly rude. After conversing in Spanish fine she decided we were only to speak in English but she could not understand my party and I. This led to her g...

Every hotel should have an Irene on the front desk! Rarely have I felt more welcomed in an establishment than at this hotel; Irene is a real credit to the hotel.
That said, all the staff were great. All of them were friendly, engaging and happy to cope with my rather slow (and somewhat faulty) Spanish; it's a work in progress, and so I didn't want to speak English. And there are plenty of members of staff, so there...
