Wow, this hotel was amazingfrom front desk to door men to kitchen and breakfast staff. The room was beautiful and double soundproof was super quiet, we got some great sleep in a very comfortable bed. The shower products were of good quality, and any request I had was handled very fast. The breakfast buffet was very fresh and excellent. Best 5 star I have ever stayed in. I visited in august 2024. It was 35c outside, but the AC worked really well and on setting 1 it was really quiet at night time.
All of the staff were welcoming, professional and competent. I felt respected and looked after.
The cleaners did a fantastic job everyday, and the doormen always gave me a smile when I passed.

Everything was perfect. Decoration was first class, service was attentive and personalised. Very clean. Great breakfast. Nothing to improve. Rooftop pool although small, was a worthwhile refresher during the summer heat. Location was well sited for the Royal palace, the ancient Egyptian site, as well as to the shopping of Gran Via and the tapas bars of the old town....

This is the second time we stay in this hotel. We were there last summer, and this year, when we decided that we wanted to go to Madrid for a few days again, my daughter, my wife and I immediately decided to stay at the VP Plaza España again.
