We had an amazing short stay at this hotel despite the very, very rainy weather.
The hotel is in an ideal location in the centre of Madrid on the Gran Via near Callao, close to all of the shops and restaurants in the centre.
The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated, and have everything you might need, including hair dryers and TVs equipped with a ChromeCast.

We had a wonderful stay at Vinci Capitol Hotel in Madrid, even though it was just for one night. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Ive been a guest of this hotel many times but never had such an awful experience before.Our experience at Vincci Gran VÃa Madrid was very disappointing.I would not recommend this hotel .very poor in guest handling and resolving customer problems....
