Not recommended for families or groups wanting to stay together

Youd expect more from a 4* hotel. The hotel doesnt have any facilities, no gym, a very small space to sit in the lobby and as a family of 6, we couldnt sit anywhere together outside our rooms. Everything is very basic. The breakfast was ok but the same varieties every day. We stayed for 12 days so it was a bit boring for us.
I wouldnt recommend the hotel for a family. The staff was always polite....

Excellent room.

We stayed overnight in this hotel during our land trip from France to Portugal. The room was nice... the king size bed, the bathroom and the air-conditioning are all excellent...and the smart TV too...
The breakfast was great...the venue, food and the service......

Lovely Madrid Stay

Hotel had great transport links via either the Bus or Metro.
The Staff were all super friendly and extremely helpful.
Our modern room was clean and spacious with great facilities.
Madrid is a beautiful with many things to do and see, and the Tapas Market was incredible......

Nice hotel for business

Compliments to the staff for great communication and support for making a group reservation. The front desk team is also friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a business park area which made it very convenient to walk to nearby meetings. The hotel is clean with a nice restaurant (and good service) for breakfast. There are a few options nearby for dinner and it felt like a quieter, residential/business area...

Nice clean hotel.
Reasonable breakfast and ok food at night.
Small bar was ok for a couple of beers staff were excellent.
A metro just down the road and a few bars restaurants 10 15 minute walk away.
I just felt a little isolated with its location...
