    I've been coming to this hotel for the last 7 years I couldn't fourth anything about this hotel or staff the rooms was very clean . Had clean bedding and towels every day . I get along really well with aytac I have a boy with special needs and he always does his best for us to get us a room on ground floor as he cant do hights or lifts. The manager of the hotel is amazing does his best for us every year he even swapped our rooms 1 year as the room wasnt right for my boy .. the hotel wouldn't be the same without the manager and staff . Would recommend this hotel 100% I'm back july_aug for 3 weeks cant wait

    I have been going to Club Alpina for the last 7 years with my family and on a few cheeky extra breaks with only my husband. Why do i keep going back? Amazing family run hotel who are in the hotel most days. The staff are all amazing too. Reception take your luggage to your room, House keeping clean your room daily, tattoo women lovely, clean studio good english. Turkish Sauna is clean and lovely lady staff. Entertainment staff were fantastic GiGi, Pablo, Bea and Itunes are a breath of fresh air they did a great job filling Ali G's shoes x The food is outstanding its cooked fresh to order and if you have any fussy eaters they will do their best to cater for them too. The restaurant and bar staff have changed over the years except for Alex, he is an amazing guy who looks after everybody. He has took my son to local doctors as he had an ear infection and did all the translating. He has introduced us to his wife and son, he is a real family orientated man. The new staff this year all follow Alex and have such respect for him. We are heading out this year again and look forward to spending time with the owners and Alex. Im even letting my daughter who's 18 go on a girls holiday to Alpina as i know she will be safe and looked after by Alex and the rest of the staff and they wont let anyone take advantage of her, which is so reassuring.

    Iv stayed at club alpina for 5 years this year and I love it there it’s a very friendly hotel, the cleaners do a very good job keeping the hotel and rooms clean the management are always very keen to help with anything you have issues with. As a mother of 3 kids I always feel comftable staying at the hotel and I leave the kids and myself Rome around by ourselves with no worries at all.. Alex the bar manager have been there since Iv been going and he goes above and beyond to help and make your holiday go as smoothly as possible (taking my phone once to get it fixed in his own time) absolutely brilliant and the rest of the team are too Pam is brilliant the entertainment team are brilliant the whole hotel is fab cannot wait to go back August with a bigger crowd... see you soon alpina 😜

    I've been visiting this hotel for the last 5 years now and highly reccomend it .. it is clean and the rooms are realy spotless no problem with aircon etc ... shops and restaurants to hand friendly people.... The staff go outta there way to help the bar area staff are lovely and helpful as to where to go for boat trips etc. I've booked for my next holiday in may and cannot wait to go and relax... will definitely be staying at alpina for many years to come ... reception staff are always happy and chatty also the staff at the shop joined to the hotel.... what more can I say apart from happy holiday at alpina all ..

    Stayed here for 2 weeks at the start of October with my friend and my 9 year old son. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The maid 'fatma' was a lovely lady and kept out apartment clean and tidy, fresh towels were provided every other day, the only downside is you have to buy your own toilet paper but i find this to be standard pratice when going sc in turkey. Pool was lovely and clean although very cold. And the slides were good fun for thr children and adults. The only downside i have is the location is a far walk especially when your child doesnt enjoy walking lol. Booked our excursions with ziggy who was amazing and gave us 5 trips for £30 and half price for children.
