I came here on a business trip to Marseille. The reception staff were very nice and allowed me to check in early which was kind. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was nice. The shower is a wet room type but quite narrow so the water does everywhere. There was one can of drinking water in my room for two nights. There was no one to replace it. When we arrived it was late. We got ready for bed. Our daughter had bugs in her bed. We all three slept in the other bed. The manager would not let us check out early. We decided to go into town (hotel is not in a great area). When we left, the safe wasnt working, so we declined cleaning. We arrived back and the wntire room smelled of urine. We were a dubious about choosing this hotel in Marseille. There were some pleasant surprises, and a few things that didn't go as planned.
The room we stayed in was smallish - but the bathroom was a good size, the bed comfortable, and the Aircon worked really well. Was good to have the Mini Bar fridge.

We stayed over recently for one night, receptionist was charming & polite.
My room was lovely with comfy bed and pillows, walk in shower and separate toilet. My daughters room had a little balcony although I didnt.
Perfect hotel for a stopover in Marseille....

Everything was lovely at this hotel except we were there when the temps were upper 90s and the air conditioning in our duplex room couldnt keep the upper level cool.
Im sure the regular rooms were fine as the main level of our room was nice and cool.
Beds were very comfortable and room felt adequate. The shower was flush with the bathroom floor so keep a towel down to catch the excess water.
