BEWARE OF THE VALET AND MANAGEMENT AT THIS PROPERTY!!!
I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Titanum Elite Member with over 1,200 nights in Marriott properties and my stay at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club was one of the worst experiences of my life.
The hotel itself was nice and the location is good, but if you have any issues, hotel management is nowhere to be found. The valet curbed both front wheels on my 2025 Suburb...

The adult pool spa were outstanding!!! They went above and beyond for our large party. We will definitely return. The adult pool was heated and comfortable however, the family pool was not. Families with us werent able to enjoy it because it was too cold. We hope they get it fixed....

Excellent hotel in all aspects, from the quick check-in, attended by Mrs. Ruly, to the cleanliness and confortable room. The chairs at the beach were near the shore so you don't have to walk miles .Breakfast was very good and varied , all well organized by Felipe. Can't ask for more. Surely I'll come back one day....
