Have stayed here several times and the location is perfectly located a short uber or bike ride to South Beach and many great restaurants. The pools and beach service is why we return however this last trip was a little disappointing. The hotel is made up of two towers. The one closer to the beach is much nicer and the other one has a musty smell and older bathrooms. The lighting is very dark in bathrooms in both ...

Giovanni at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived at the beach, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He had our chairs set up quickly, brought us fresh towels right away, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

We are almost on our last day here and we have had the best experience! The pool is so nice and the services on the beach are very accommodating. Dylan has been helping us on the beach and he is such a friendly and efficient worker. 10/10!...
