We stayed at the Cadillac Hotel Beach Club in November 2025 and had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at the hotel restaurant every morning. The experience was consistently excellent. Firstly, the staff at reception, restaurant and elsewhere were warm and accommodating. They did as much as they could to please their guests.
Hana, and especially Geervin, were very helpful and courteous, There were others whom I wasnt able to get their names.
We had coffee every afternoon sitting on the balcony which was especially pleasant. Eisha welcomed us in a warm and happy way each time.

A disappointing stay in many ways

We booked 3 nights starting January 1st, 2026. When we arrived the valet immediately told me that they do not have room to park our car. I asked him what we should do with our car and he said the best plan is to go to nearby hotels and lie to them saying we are just going in for dinner and then leave the car there until we are ready to leave town. Horrible Customer Service

Just a horrible experience with our check in with the staff and the manager on duty. I had two separate reservations and tried to combine them so we wouldnt have to move rooms and even offered to give up our ocean view room for the second night. It was declined which makes no sense at all....

We had a great time at the adult pool. Alexa was excellent at assisting us and making sure that we were all set. She is an excellent asset to this hotel....
