Very slow process of checking in this is ridiculous Ive seen a lot of people checking in but were still waiting been here since 11:30 in sane. This will be our first and last time here....

Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. Arranged and paid for a late night arrival but still had to wait over an hour in the lobby, til 2am (!) to get into our room after a long day of travel. The next night after dinner, our key cards didnt work because the battery on the door lock was dead. Waited 20 mins in the lobby for help getting it fixed and into our room. Which by the way was sub par, despite booking a tow...

Staff is very attentive and professional, grounds and pool area are very well kept. Adult only pool area is very peaceful and quiet, water was very warm..great late afternoon evening hangout spot. Main pool is less warm and very refreshing. Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very nice....

They charge you for things u do not sign for and wont answer emails keep away from an 05 room

As a titanium member arrived at 10am and they said they would email me when the room was ready, we hung around the bar till 3.30 and went to sign for it and the person said oh the room is ready .I went to the room it was nice an 05 room.
next to lifts. what a horrific noise all night a whirring sound that I could hear over the tv.
so asked to change and was told they would next day. well it didn't happen.
