What a terrible hotel experience ! Rooms not working Rooms assigned that were not what we paid for Front desk manager that was so rude and obnoxious that is the main reason I would never stay here again...

Terrible stay. Awful staff service, rooms are tired and need maintenance, bad internet and tv service. Couldnt sleep because of over the top music from beach parties that hotel claimed they couldnt control....

BEWARE OF THE VALET AND MANAGEMENT AT THIS PROPERTY!!!
I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Titanum Elite Member with over 1,200 nights in Marriott properties and my stay at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club was one of the worst experiences of my life.
The hotel itself was nice and the location is good, but if you have any issues, hotel management is nowhere to be found. The valet curbed both front wheels on my 2025 Suburb...
