I usually come here every other year for my bday celebration. But this time, I wasnt too happy. Upon my arrival, I wasnt offered the same as other guest. As I waited in the lobby for my room, I noticed the other guest had the hotel concierge held them baggage in a separate room while they enjoy the hotel until their rooms were ready. Kevet was so great and super helpful! We appreciate all his hard work!! In factThe entire beach team for Hilton Cabana is second to none! They are very accommodating, extremely polite, and make us feel welcome all the time! Also they have great knowledge of the area which makes us feel like home. Average, but met some amazing staff!

I never write reviews about Hotels, especially the Hiltons because I normally have an amazing time at their Hotels. However, its 5:30pm and check-in is at 4pm..I am still waiting for my room. ️ Lets leave it there.
However, the staff at the restaurant was cool and the burger was amazing.
Alfredo, who operates the beach chairs was very helpful! He provided towels, assisted when I needed, set the chairs...

Alfredo was very helpful and respectful. He made sure my family and I were comfortable. The beach chairs were set up nicely, paired together and the staff made sure the chairs were free of sand. There was also plenty of seating available. Very nice! Keep up the great work Alfredo!...

Arrived to the hotel after midnight on 9/4 and found a man at the front desk that said he wasnt qualified to check us in, as the coworker was on her break and would return in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes passed, we decided to leave and go to another hotel.
