Stay Away ! Was there on Febuary 1 ,yes it was Unusually Cold ,,,,but there wasnt Any Heat ! Bumped into other gursts who also had No Heat ! My room was Below 50 !! Slept with my Clothes On ! Went and asked Manager for a Refund ,said i was Freezing and you Knew there wasnt any Heat ! She then told me i have to get Refund from third party,Lie. She then threatened to call Police on me !!!...

lets start with check in it was so confusing even though i presented my reservation and com formation of payment she still said she didnt have my name . we had to wait outside in the cold for. 3 hours until room was ready

Cute little hotel.

I stayed here one night with my niece as we were heading out on a cruise the following day so it's hard to rate service like you could on longer stays. However, we enjoyed our stay. My niece loved the place as it looked more like a small apartment. I wish we could have enjoyed a little swim in the small courtyard, but we had to see South Beach while we were there.

Miami and the hotel looked great on arrival.
However, things quickly went downhill once we got to our room.
Although the room was spacious, the microwave didn't work, the coffee machine didn't work, and our room wasn't serviced at all during our stay - no towel changes, no rubbish removal. We had to go to reception just to ask for towels and toilet paper.

Wonderful apartment like rooms with refrigerators, microwave , stove, tea kettle coffee makers TV living room. Pet friendly. Hairdryer, toiletries, restaurant bar on premises, easy club and only one block away from Pizza of Miami restaurant that is wonderful. Room was clean except for the floor seemed a bit dusty.
