Cute little hotel.

I stayed here one night with my niece as we were heading out on a cruise the following day so it's hard to rate service like you could on longer stays. However, we enjoyed our stay. My niece loved the place as it looked more like a small apartment. I wish we could have enjoyed a little swim in the small courtyard, but we had to see South Beach while we were there.

Miami and the hotel looked great on arrival.
However, things quickly went downhill once we got to our room.
Although the room was spacious, the microwave didn't work, the coffee machine didn't work, and our room wasn't serviced at all during our stay - no towel changes, no rubbish removal. We had to go to reception just to ask for towels and toilet paper.

Wonderful apartment like rooms with refrigerators, microwave , stove, tea kettle coffee makers TV living room. Pet friendly. Hairdryer, toiletries, restaurant bar on premises, easy club and only one block away from Pizza of Miami restaurant that is wonderful. Room was clean except for the floor seemed a bit dusty. It was overall a place that I will probably not go to again. Smells like mildew when you walk in. The room had not been cleaned properly. The fridge had some dried liquid left from previous people. The location is great. Only a block from the beach. We ended up seeing a large roach the size of a finger on the ground when we came back from eating. I stayed at the Metropole Suites and left early because the conditions were unacceptable and nothing like what was advertised online. The property is completely misrepresented in the photosa complete catfish.
