After arriving too early for check in we left our bags and returned at the time told to return of 4pm and when checking in were told about a resort fee $72 which was for towels at the pool and access to a happy hour, which was still very chargeable, after that we go to our room which was a queen room not a twin queen room we booked, the only reason we booked was the twin room. This is a reasonable hotel, built in the 1920's, Art Deco style. As such, it has no elevators, no parking, no handicapped parking and parking is one block away. It is also not on the ocean. Has wifi, but no coffee pots in the rooms....

Do not stay at this hotel.
There is a misleading website that appears to be the hotels official site but actually routes bookings through Priceline with non-refundable rates. When issues arise and you dispute charges, the hotel claims it is not them and directs you back to Priceline. This feels intentionally designed to avoid responsibility.

Oceanside, Miami is A Fraud and Cheating hotel

A fraud and cheating hotel. Oceanside, Miami have not yet refunded my advance 100 USD even after 3 months now. No response to any of my reminder mails. Shows their intention of fraud. While taking the advance, reception staff said the refund will be immediately on check out.
