Front desk is slow with an antiquated system.
Pool is stained and way too small, but the poolside furniture was comfortable. Rooms are worn and outdated.
Tavern food was good and service at the bar was prompt. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing....

st two days but hotel refused to refund the first day even though we didn't spend the night the night there

Was a total disaster. Place was riddled with water damage from sewer back up. Had to get to room by cutting through restaurant where floor was was constantly wet from sewer back. Restaurant , hall way and rooms reeked of mould. Front office staff on day two very arrogant. Got offended when we asked why nobody answers the phone at front desk.
Worst hotel I ever stayed in....

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel. Our flight was canceled from Miami, and it was in the 11:00 hour, but apparently Booking.com wouldn't look for a room for us for the same day. But the person I talked to on the phone insinuated that they had rooms available but if booking.com didn't show it, they didn't allow walk-ins, which is absurd.
