Was a total disaster. Place was riddled with water damage from sewer back up. Had to get to room by cutting through restaurant where floor was was constantly wet from sewer back. Restaurant , hall way and rooms reeked of mould. Front office staff on day two very arrogant. Got offended when we asked why nobody answers the phone at front desk.
Worst hotel I ever stayed in....

Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel. Our flight was canceled from Miami, and it was in the 11:00 hour, but apparently Booking.com wouldn't look for a room for us for the same day. But the person I talked to on the phone insinuated that they had rooms available but if booking.com didn't show it, they didn't allow walk-ins, which is absurd. After arriving too early for check in we left our bags and returned at the time told to return of 4pm and when checking in were told about a resort fee $72 which was for towels at the pool and access to a happy hour, which was still very chargeable, after that we go to our room which was a queen room not a twin queen room we booked, the only reason we booked was the twin room. This is a reasonable hotel, built in the 1920's, Art Deco style. As such, it has no elevators, no parking, no handicapped parking and parking is one block away. It is also not on the ocean. Has wifi, but no coffee pots in the rooms....

Do not stay at this hotel.
There is a misleading website that appears to be the hotels official site but actually routes bookings through Priceline with non-refundable rates. When issues arise and you dispute charges, the hotel claims it is not them and directs you back to Priceline. This feels intentionally designed to avoid responsibility.
