Unfortunately, my experience reflects what many other guests have already reported in previous reviews.
My husband and I stayed in Room 1113 and checked out early on June 1, 2026, leaving the room in good condition and without any damages or outstanding charges. At check-in, a security deposit of approximately USD 100 was charged to our card.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences Ive ever had. The room was dirty, moldy, and there were cockroaches inside. Because of the unacceptable conditions, I was promised a refund, but instead they continued charging my card afterwards. One transaction was refunded, but they still kept taking money later without proper explanation.

£100 charge never got refunded and still waiting, supposed to be back within 48 hours and never recieved it. Got to the room after out first night and one of the sinks had leaked all of the floor and the staff did not seem to care one bit. Totally ruined our holiday....
