⭐ 1 Star - Shockingly Bad Service and Dishonest Staff
This was one of the worst hotel experiences Ive had, and that says a lot.
The staff was consistently rude, hostile, and outright accusatory. I was sold an expired soda, and instead of apologizing, staff accused me of switching it out myself. Completely unprofessional and insulting. That alone tells you everything about how this place is run. They claimed they too...

Experience. My 2 sisters and me enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is close to everything
Right across the street from the beach. We ate the free breakfast and were happy to order food from the restaurant and the food was hot and delicious, the dessert was extra good I wish I was there now. The hotel is clean and the room was excellent. I would recommend everyone to book your s...

Superb Accommodations

Excellent accommodations in the heart of Surfside/Miami Beach, close to the shops of Bal Harbour, the restaurants of Surfside, and the fabulous boardwalk along the beach. Comfortable spacious rooms that are well maintained; great buffet breakfast to suit all tastes; helpful staff. We enjoyed our 7-day stay over New Year's, and valued the active outdoors lifestyle that characterizes this part of the world....

Spotty Service, Surfside Good!

We just concluded our second stay. We stayed 9 days. Wed stayed here earlier this year and had a really good visit. This visit was slightly less terrific which all related to service.

Unacceptable Service and Lack of Basic Room Maintenance

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has been very disappointing.
We have been staying here for three days, of seven and during this time the room has not been properly cleaned. There was no proper housekeeping done, and the lights in our room were not working from the start.
