I love staying here! The rooms are always very clean and the location is perfect. A huge thank you to the front desk team for being so welcoming and helpful. This has become my go-to spot twice a year with the Florida sunshine and the great service, it really feels like home. Highly recommended!...

Surfside Exceeds Expectations

Really impressed by this property. Price point is good and location is fabulous just one block from beautiful sandy beach and about 3 blocks from charming stores in Surfside. Service at the hotel was excellent and they provide free beach chairs. Pool area on 3rd floor is very impressive. Parking is convenient but pricy at about $40 a day. Terrible experience- They cancelled our reservation after we checked in

This reservation was originally booked by mistake, and we were told it could not be canceled because it was non-refundable. We contacted Marriotts 800 customer service number and submitted a request to the hotels General Manager to see if an exception could be made. We never received any response to that request, despite multiple attempts to follow up with the hotel. Calls to the front desk often went unanswered.
