I absolutely love staying here. Manager Geri is the best. I always come to Surfside. Its a totally different vibe than South Beach. People see brown skin and assume Id rather be in South Beach. No thank you.
My previous stay was in June 2025 as soon as school ended. It was a teacher girls trip. We were treated great. Geri gave us recommendations about where to eat and things to do. We ended up going to Haulover ...

around the world. This hotels cleaning staff was extremely unprofessional. I stayed here 3 days, and the first day I noticed hair strands all over the bedroom and bathroom. Disappointing and dishonest service

Didn't explain or honor the 2 vouchers we got upon arrival, despite discussing with manager, Mary Ann. All we got was "sorry - we can't do anything". We spoke with several people at the front desk and they pointed us to the pool. The pool said we could get the discount and pointed us to the front desk. It was a shell game....

Good Surfside Option

Overall this was a win. Weve stayed all over Miami and this trip we wanted to be close to the beach and to friends and family. This hotel was very good as the price was fair, its extremely clean and spacious and has good features.
