    Boy, I am glad I took Spanish in school... EVERYONE here speaks it, if you dont, well good luck with the 'English' they speak here. Sad, cause that literally translated or better mistranslated as room 201 being ready as opposed as NOT ready. We walked in and sure enough, the room was not ready...we had to drag our luggage across the building and then we found out that there is a bell boy available (obviously we had to ask for it???). Breakfast is falsely advertised as continental which is true, but NOT on location!! Other than that, location is ok, decent, clean and 2 blocks away from the beach.

    I've stayed here many times before but this time my room smelled when I turned the heater on and the woman at breakfast was VERY RUDE. I paid $350 for a night and she wouldn't give me breakfast for 2 (as stated on the reservation), only gave it for 1. Ridiculous. You can also hear all of your neighbors and Miami is a party spot so this was a bit annoying

    I just got back from my trip yesterday and could not have better things to say about this hotel! The staff were so accommodating, we arrived a little earlier before check in and our room was ready right away. The room and hotel itself were both spotless. The rooftop pool was to die for and Tony worked so hard up there to keep everyone happy. Truly a great experience, will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

    We booked a last minute vacation to Miami and found this hotel. The hotel was great, enjoyed the room, the view, the amenities, and the pool. When we arrived, we were able to use the pool prior to check in. When we arrived at our room, it wasn't the room we booked, and we were told we were upgraded to a bigger room. We explained the room was not an upgrade, just the same type of room with no view, when we booked a garden view room. They did happily correct it and moved us to the correct room. We tried to order drinks at the outdoor bar, but were told we could order drinks from the attendant at the pool. An hour later we found the attendant and asked if we could order drinks. It took a while. It took just as long to order a second drink. Upon checkout, I was charged a second time for the room, as it was already prepaid. They said they corrected it and they would remove the hold for the second charge, but it would take 3-5 business days. The saving grace for this stay was that the staff is really friendly, and corrected all the errors as best they could.

    I stayed in south beach hotel 3 months ago after came from the cruise I’ve stay there for 2 days and I love this place it’s close to everywhere the beach 🏖 is 2 minutes walking distance, Lincoln Rd mall 10 minutes and a taxi cost $10 bucks to Ocean drive and the Bellman PIERRE help me a lot since up on Arrival I will definitely coming back next year
