Clean Hotel, VERY small rooms, ZERO air conditioning or fan... unable to contact anyone to fix the issue. Tried the available text messaging and attempted to contact front desk... no one ever responded or came to address the issue. It was so hot, stuffy and dry we had to prop a suitcase in the door to allow for some ventilation....

Waste of money

First, we had to park 2 blocks away (paid) and walk all of our luggage about 7 down busy Miami streets. When we got in our room, we could not figure out how to turn off the neon strobe lights using the touchpad control that was all cracked. The bed was a pullout couch and was horribly uncomfortable. The bathroom lights didn't work (broken). The soap pump was broken and didn't work. It was so janky that we checked out...

The hotel is fine, the mattresses aren't.

Overall, the hotel is fine, except the mattress is very uncomfortable; it has holes and lumps, and you wake up with back pain.
And the bathroom door doesn't close properly, making it inconvenient to use, even when you're with family....

Do not book direct before you check 3rd party

All was good here. Check in staff was incredible. Need more people for check out though. Do check pricing thru 3rd party which for me was more dealing direct to the hotel, which I found very odd. A big difference of $50 US funds by booking direct. Then after emailing them to price match, which was a week, the booking of 2 separate beds was then gone with the 3rd party....

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Yotel Miami. I paid $55 to be able to get into my room early. When I got to the room, I was extremely disappointed. The room was microscopic in size (my tiny room on my cruise was significantly better). There was absolutely no place to change.
