I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Yotel Miami. I paid $55 to be able to get into my room early. When I got to the room, I was extremely disappointed. The room was microscopic in size (my tiny room on my cruise was significantly better). There was absolutely no place to change. The beds were super tiny and we almost fell out of them in the middle of the night. The bathroom and shower were see through. I...

YOTEL Miami offers a modern, well-designed space with comfortable rooms and a clean, organized environment. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. We arrived and first red flag was no handicap button or easy entrance for me with a sprained ankle and us toting our disabled child and luggage.
2nd false advertisement about complimentary transportation that later was addressed by YOTEL: You are absolutely right to expect clear and accurate information. Unfortunately, complimentary transportation is no longer offered through YOTEL Miam...

Outstanding customer service

I stayed for a week at YOTEL and i never write reviews but I have to say that Michael, one of the gentleman who does security/concierge was probably the nicest and most helpful person I have met at any establishment yet. He went above and beyond when I needed assistance. Hes so polite and professional. Truly is a great asset to this hotel.

My visit began with what I think was either the doorman or the manager smoking a joint as he opened the door for me. When I then got to the room, the ac didnt work, there was no coffee and the sheets were filthy. When I asked for help on all three only one was executed effectively or at all.
