My stay at Yotel Miami, was exceptional from start to finish. The bartender Rommel & Sonia accounting was absolutely phenomenal, delivering top-tier service and great energy every night. The hotel manager was extremely attentive, making sure every detail of my experience was handled with care. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable stay....

Unhelpful staff, during breakfast for twice I was presented with the bill in the middle of my meal...the young lady at door should at least smile....

We only stayed for one night and fortunately received a relatively big room, clean and nicely designed.
The staff was friendly and we loved the location - only few minutes walk from CVC, Ross and Bayside Marketplace Mall where we grabbed a late dinner....

A Welcoming Experience from Start to Finish

This is truly one of the best hotels in all of Miami. From the moment I arrived, Dwain, the front desk manager, made me feel genuinely welcomed. He checked me in promptly, assisted with anything I needed, and ensured I had a beautiful room overlooking the city. His professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel completely at home.

Dont stay at this hotel!

I will never stay at this hotel again. I had a high fever when I checked in and they wouldnt give me a room until 10:45 PM and I had been travelling since 5 AM. I booked my room months ago in advance & my room shouldve been ready when I got to the hotel but they made me wait for hours and couldnt care less.
Dont stay at this hotel! Its unprofessional, unorganized and run by incompetent people....
