Good hotel to explore Miami

Stayed here with some of my colleagues last year. My room was spacious. Loved the fancy lighting system. Took some of us so long to work it out. Thanks to our WhatsApp group, we managed to get it worked. My favourite place was the rooftop pool area, with lots of art on the walls. It was a perfect place to unwind after our busy day....

Extremely bad hotel and management,got hurt due to defective washroom door and just wanted team to acknowledge the defect of door but instead they are saying all is fine,stay far away from it...

Absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere was fantastic, the amenities were excellent, and the chips and guacamole were outstanding. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire property was exceptionally clean inside and out. Highly recommend visiting....

Fair- need to have employees available to fix issues

Clean Hotel, VERY small rooms, ZERO air conditioning or fan... unable to contact anyone to fix the issue. Tried the available text messaging and attempted to contact front desk... no one ever responded or came to address the issue. It was so hot, stuffy and dry we had to prop a suitcase in the door to allow for some ventilation....

First, we had to park 2 blocks away (paid) and walk all of our luggage about 7 down busy Miami streets. When we got in our room, we could not figure out how to turn off the neon strobe lights using the touchpad control that was all cracked. The bed was a pullout couch and was horribly uncomfortable. The bathroom lights didn't work (broken). The soap pump was broken and didn't work. It was so janky that we checked out...
