The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, but the highlight of our trip was meeting Raffaele. He took great care of our family and was an integral part of what made our stay there so enjoyable. He took the weight off from me as I didnt do the best job planning my own wedding and he saved me. If it wasnt for Raffaele I dont know what we wouldve done. I am so thankful for everything you did for us. You helpe...

Excellent location and staff. You can walk everywhere and return at any time during your day to rest up. Concierge was amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Located in one of the oldest buildings in Florence. I cant imagine a better stay!...

I love hotels and planned to split my visit across two during my week in Florence.
However, quickly after checking into the Hotel Brunelleschi Firenze, I cancelled my second reservation and extended my stay. The location is perfect for a first trip. While central, it is also tucked away off the main streets. The windows are sound proof but could open for fresh air and to hear the bustle and music of the city. The ...

The hotel was amazing, breakfast was very good and the service great. Special appreciation to Sergio from concierge, helped me plan my trip to countryside and was very helpful. Will definitely visit hotel again....
