I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I just wanted to give a special shout-out to Kiara C. Not only was she incredibly kind and attentive, but she went above and beyond by allowing me to microwave my own food and offered me a cutlery with a smile. Good stay, but a serious safety issue

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. However, I had a very distressing experience on October 29, 2025, in room 314. My husband went to the dining room for breakfast while I stayed in the room to get ready. He forgot his cellphone, and I didnt have mine with me. Somehow, I got locked inside the bathroom and was unable to open the door.

Been there after having seen AC Milan beating Napoli 2-1 with three shots on goal and catenaccio, catenaccio hardly passing midfield line in the II half. This hotel offered a good relief after a night of grief. It is not far from San Siro. Staff was very friendly. Check in very quick (not sure why check in for some hotels has become agonizingly slow). I stayed September 14th. This space excellent,clean, they were ready to welcome.
When I went to room, it was just like a picture. Building is kinda new and spacious.
Most impressive thing is breakfast. Sturning amazing

- Alexandra from the front desk had a very positive attitude and provided all needed information with warm welcome and personal greetings, good job!
- a corner room with upgrade was assigned after mail communication prior to check in
- breakfast buffet offers several warm dishes, better than any other double tree I stayed in Italy
